Hey, University Area Residents! Installations (once all the simple paperwork is approved) are taking 2-3 weeks (sometimes faster) for service to start.

Hey, North End Area Residents! We are accepting orders to get your drop started. Service will be available later this fall--but lets get your home ready NOW (before winter) for when we can turn the network on for you by December.

You can check our Map as well, to see if your location is in the network area. TIP: Start with your house number in the 'Enter your address' bar and scroll the options--that's the fastest way to find your exact address. For streets with directional names (North, South, East, West) use N, S, E, W to search.

Do you reside in a multi-unit dwelling? Not finding your address? Please follow the "UPDATE CITY ADDRESS" link to update our city address list. Staff will be in contact within a few days with next instructions.
